Private label articles (PLR for short) can be used in endless ways to make money online - and this is especially true for weight loss topics. The diet and weight loss market is HUGE, with many millions (billions?) of eager customers searching for solutions.

If you've never used private label weight loss articles before, the following tips will walk you through a variety of ways to profit from them - most of them much easier than you can probably imagine!

PLR Tip #1 - Monetizing Web Content

One of the simplest ways is to place private label articles on your website or blog and insert blocks of advertising (Google Adsense is a popular choice) on the same page. Because your articles are focused on high-paying weight loss keywords, you can earn a substantial amount of income just by people clicking on the ads. Beyond contextual ads, you can also find many (MANY) affiliate programs for weight loss products, and link to those from the body of your article (Example: the words "fat burning program" could link to a popular weight loss program).

PLR Tip #2 - Start a Lucrative Newsletter

People love convenience, and what could be more convenient than getting helpful tips delivered straight to their inbox? It's best to use an autoresponder service to create an "official" mailing list - Aweber and GetResponse are two that are popular. Then you just have to load helpful articles, tips and information to be delivered to your eager readers once or twice a week (you can do a daily list, once monthly, or any frequency you like) - and include some targeted consumer offers with affiliate links. When your readers click and buy, you earn money.

PLR Tip #3 - Create a PDF Report to Sell from Your Website

A collection of private label articles can easily be turned into an attractive PDF report and sold to your website visitors and newsletter subscribers. It's best to alter the original articles and expand the report by inserting your own tips and ideas - make your report truly valuable for the people who purchase it. Then add some nice graphics (do an internet search for "e-cover graphics" and you'll find dozens of great designers that work for reasonable rates) and use a secure delivery shopping cart like E-Junkie. You're in business! You've got a downloadable report that you can sell over and over again, forever!

PLR Tip #4 - Create an E-Course

Beyond having a daily/weekly/monthly newsletter, you can also create short "e-courses" on your website. This is best done in an autoresponder like Aweber or GetResponse. People sign up on your website (the autoresponder service gives you a snippet of code that you insert into the HTML code of your website, and an "opt-in box" will appear in that spot), and they receive the first installment of the e-course by email immediately. The following installments are delivered at a frequency determined by you: once a day for 7 days, or every other day for 10 days, etc. Remember that an e-course is supposed to share information on one specific topic, so you could easily find a selection of affiliate programs that deal with that subject and monetize the course. (Example: An e-course on the benefits of using green tea to aid weight loss could easily be monetized with affiliate links to a tea distributor.)
